Pattern Making
Every Levívre bag begins as a hand-drawn pattern. Our pattern makers spend up to 40 hours perfecting the geometry of each design, ensuring that every curve and seam serves both form and function.
Cutting
Using hand-forged steel dies, our craftsmen cut each piece of leather with surgical precision. This step alone requires 8 years of apprenticeship to master.
Stitching
We use a traditional saddle stitch technique where two needles pass through the same hole from opposite directions. If one stitch breaks, the rest remain intact. Each bag requires over 2,000 individual stitches.
Quality Control
Every product undergoes a 25-point inspection before receiving our signature embossed logo. We reject anything less than perfect.
